Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns, please try to resolve them with us first by emailing hinoki.app@gmail.com. For EU users, these Terms do not override mandatory consumer protections in your country.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not mean we waive it.

No Paid Tiers or Limits

minoki AI is currently free to use. There are no subscriptions, no feature limits, and no payment required.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, minoki AI is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages from use of the Service.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted use, nor specific results.
